Returns and Refunds
At CW Nishikigoi we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 5 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cw.nishikigoi@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days.
